  1. Necessary products.
  2. Pour gelatin into a stew-pan, cover with one glass of water and leave for 30 minutes.
  3. Add cream and chocolate broken into pieces.
  4. Put the stew-pan on the cooker and poach the mass until chocolate fully melt. Do not let it boil.
  5. Take the stew-pan off the cooker, add coffee and stir.
  6. Put quark in a bowl and add honey.
  7. Add creamy-chocolate mass to quark.
  8. Whisk all with a mixer until homogeneous.
  9. Pour souffle out in moulds and put into a fridge until it congeals.
  10. Chocolate-coffee souffle is ready-to-serve.
