- 500 g soft cream cheese;
- 100 ml cream (any fat);
- 60 g chocolate;
- 2 teaspoons honey;
- 15 g gelatin;
- 1.5 teaspoons instant coffee.

- Necessary products.
- Pour gelatin into a stew-pan, cover with one glass of water and leave for 30 minutes.
- Add cream and chocolate broken into pieces.
- Put the stew-pan on the cooker and poach the mass until chocolate fully melt. Do not let it boil.
- Take the stew-pan off the cooker, add coffee and stir.
- Put quark in a bowl and add honey.
- Add creamy-chocolate mass to quark.
- Whisk all with a mixer until homogeneous.
- Pour souffle out in moulds and put into a fridge until it congeals.
- Chocolate-coffee souffle is ready-to-serve.
