Ingredients:
- 100 ml heavy cream;
- 100 ml milk;
- 7 yolks;
- 4 teaspoons coffee;
- sugar to your taste.
Heat milk and add coffee to it. Simmer for 4-6 minutes. Strain it after grounds sink. Grind yolks with sugar and pour coffee with milk when stirring the mass. Cook until thickening, and then cool. Whip cream and add it into the milk-egg mixture. Pour out into moulds (2 portions). Leave the mass to congeal in a freezer until fully ready.
